"Can’t say enough good things about Barry’s team! Laurel and Renee recently went to bat for me multiple times, working with both State Farm and the department of licensing, when there was a misunderstanding about my insurance coverage that I couldn’t clear up myself (not really anyone’s fault, just a complicated situation and a series of miscommunications). Laurel reached out to me without me needing to ask to keep me in the loop when there were delays on State Farm’s end and was always cheerfully willing to assist me when I needed more documentation. Renee ended up phoning the department herself to clear up the issue when other approaches failed. Laurel was also wonderful when my sister was in an accident a few years back and called the agent’s number, very upset and not knowing what to do. She talked my sister through everything and was incredibly patient and kind over the phone. I can’t speak to rates or the policies themselves as my parents were the ones that set all that up, but Barry’s team has taken great care of us and have gone above and beyond whenever we’ve needed them."

They have been so thorough whenever I’ve had questions or had to set up new coverage or change something. "I had my car insurance with this agent for one year. I really don't like their service. Every time my insurance card expired, I have to contact them. They've never sent me the renewed cards in advance. I had to ask at least three times to fix my wrong address and telephone numbers. Until I canceled my policy, amazingly they didn't update the wrong address. The worst thing is that after I canceled my policy, I figured that my name is associated with a total stranger because of their mistake. According to the record, I am a family member or associated person of the stranger and involved in a car accident of the stranger. I wasn't able to get a detailed information regarding the accident, but it was about a theft or vandalism. I am a single and living alone. That means there is no husband. I did not have any boyfriend during the time I had my car insurance with them. I've never let anyone else drive my car in my life. I am a sincere law-abiding citizen. Since my name is very common, they have confused me with someone else whose name is the same with me in several times before and I think this mistake happen because of their carelessness. I am really pissed off because of their awful service and please don't work with them."
